What is my fee money used for?

All trips have a fee which for most trips is $200, except for international trips. This fee is used to pay for travel expenses, lodging, food, and donations to our host site. The fee covers everything you need accept personal expenses such as gifts. We try to give a donation to our host community which is usually whatever money may be left over from our fees.
